Full Steam Ahead
Hello dear readers!
I will keep this brief and avoid oversharing my woes, because I have a simple explanation for my latest bout of radio silence, and some excellent news.
In short, I have been doing full-time Tertiary study for the last five years and that had really gotten to me in the past couple of months, but as of June, I said No More, and am officially done with full time study...
From this point on, Derelict will be a regular, full-time commitment.
I will be spending about 3 days a week working on Derelict with all the passion and energy I can comfortably muster, while spending the rest of the week just, living, something I felt like I never had the time or energy to do. Once I reach a point where I have some real momentum going for the project, and feel properly rejuvenated from my burnout and emotional fatigue, I will likely move to a 4-day work week schedule.
I am most likely going to get a part-time job sometime early next year, but by the end of this year— while I am free as one can be— I intend to release a Demo for Derelict by mid-December.
